Dominic is an advocate for UX and customer-centric insight-driven design. Over the last few years working alongside Sitecore, Dominic has gained Sitecore MVP status (2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023), co-authored several Sitecore whitepapers, supports SMAC initiatives and continues to co-organize, contribute and speak at UK SUG events whilst collaborating with Sitecore peers on all things Personalize and CDP.
