Call For Speakers Guidelines:
Thanks for your interest in contributing to our event. To support a thoughtful and effective selection process, we’ve outlined key directives and best practices below—please read them carefully before submitting. You may submit up to 2 sessions. You may also submit up to 2 workshops here.
1. Diverse Voices and Topics:
We are committed to representing the full spectrum of our audience. This means we seek sessions from speakers of diverse backgrounds, covering a wide range of industries, perspectives, and levels of technical expertise.
2. Tailored Content Focus:
Microsoft-led sessions should focus on providing strategic insight and updates—this includes product roadmaps, announcements, new features, and platform direction.
Community-led sessions should focus on practical application and depth—covering how things work, how to implement solutions, and lessons from real-world scenarios.
Your title and abstract should reflect this focus with clarity and purpose. Session abstracts should be no more than 500 characters.
We are interested in receiving a range of submissions from level 100 (business level) - 400 (deep technical).

3. Audience Alignment:
To create the most meaningful experience for attendees, we ask that all sessions be designed with specific audience personas in mind. This ensures your content resonates deeply and delivers practical value.
Please tailor your session to speak to one or more of the following personas:

4. Submit on Time:
Community members must submit by midnight PDT on April 17, 2026.
Coverage of Expenses:
We will be requiring all speakers to present one to two 60-minute sessions or in some cases, one full-day tutorial. Standard speaker session compensation includes €800 reimbursement (split if co-speaking), 3 nights hotel accommodation, and 1 * 3-day conference pass. Standard tutorial compensation includes €2000 reimbursement (split if co-speaking), 4 nights hotel accommodation, and 1 full conference pass.
Please note: Speaker compensation only applies to community speakers, and does not apply to Microsoft employees or sponsor speakers.
Community Sessions - 800 EUR compensation per speaker (for 1-2 sessions, split if cospeaking). 2000 EUR compensation per tutorial (shared if multiple tutors). 3 nights accommodation covered in conference hotel. NOTE: Speaker compensation does NOT apply to Microsoft speakers, as it is the standard policy within Microsoft that Microsoft speakers do not get compensated to speak at a Microsoft event.
